UCLA Radcor-Loopfest registration
UCLA's Physics & Astronomy Department will host the 2015 Radcor-Loopfest Symposium on campus during Intersession week from Monday June 15 through Friday June 21, 2015.
The early registration fee is $140 before April 15, 2015. After that date the regular registration fee of $170 applies.
The conference fee includes admission to the lectures, all conference materials, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and a dinner on Thursday June 18, 2015. Please note: the Thursday dinner is included in your registration fee. If you would like to bring a guest to dinner, you may add an optional dinner ticket to your checkout basket at $55.00 for each guest.

We recommend that you book your own hotel as soon as possible to secure a reservation.
Payment is made via credit card using UCLA's secure payment server. At the conclusion of your transaction you will be able to print out an extra receipt (one will be emailed to you automatically), or you can click the link to return to the Radcor-Loopfest website.

Student registration
Please note: if you are a currently-enrolled graduate student and would like to apply to attend the conference at a discount, please click the button below to submit your application to attend as a student.
